What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation. We can, & do, all experience hypnosis during a regular day.
Like those moments when someone talks to us, initially we don’t realise they are talking to us and then we say ‘oh I was in another world’, or that dreamy feeling as we drift off to sleep at night.
They are wonderfully relaxing moments during the day when your conscious mind is taking a rest – even if it is a brief one!
