Anyone with willingness will more than likely be able to be hypnotised.
The exceptions would be someone with a degree of brain damage, possibly young children or someone who is being asked to try hypnotherapy against their wishes.

When hypnosis is intentional, then the feeling is more concentrated and more relaxing.

All hypnosis is actually self-hypnosis.
As the hypnotherapist I facilitate the process with you, but without your consent then hypnosis will not happen.
Once you discover the benefits of hypnotherapy you can continue to use it to enhance your life with and without the collaboration of your hypnotherapist.
The majority of people have very good recall of their session, though some parts maybe clearer than others.
Occasionally people remember most but not all of their session.
Clinical hypnotherapy is not stage hypnotism.
